The worst games on NES

well there was the best so lets see the worst
I think the bible games got to be some of the worst. They all looked the same, you couldnt really do anything you died to easly and they were just GRRRRR. i got hundreds of games from goodwill so i have a lot of nes games, good bad and indiffrent. oh the horible bible games, who made that crap

Friday the 13th, easily. :o

That game was AWFUL. I mean I tried it and I had to go into the hex registry and give myself like 40 potions just to make it PLAYABLE. I still had 3-4 characters die. :<

Hoo boy. I don't hate the NES games...but there were a couple that I hated.

Taboo: The Sixth Sense. What can you get out of that where you can't get out of a fortune cookie? Unfortunately it's one of the fewer games that work right now...

Double Dribble. Way too slow and unfair.

Championship Bowling. The graphics and aiming sucked all the way to the moon.

Rolling thunder - there was no way i'd ever beat that game without an emulator save-state. The levels were all the same, and the last boss was too freaking hard to even contemplate. The ending was just the last boss doing a break dance, then the game starts over. LAME.

actually, about 60% of all nintendo games were complete and utter crap, not even worth mentioning.

well for the nes maybe, other then that nintendo has realesed the best games hands down over any consual ever. on the nes, since it was easy to program and produce alot of games were realesed on it some with out nintendo not knowing about it. i think that may be where the bible games are from.

Yeah, I think the Bible games were produced by their own company.
Personally, I enjoyed those more than some games, but I never beat David and Goliath. I couldn't figure out how to beat the last level, not even after countless hours. There must have been something I kept missing. Some way to get to Goliath... I remember that I guessed it had to do with a rock, but I can't quite remember.

You speak true words. I thought Bible games only existed in the Simpsons.

I hope your 60% doesn't include Final Fantasy.

I forgot about Hollywood Squares and any other game made by GameTek for the NES: Utter crap.

Bible Games: I beat Noah's Ark and the Baby Moses ones. As for David And Goliath, I had to wait 8 years so I could get the rom. And there is a glitch in that too, where you throw Baby Moses into the river, but instead of going into the river he goes to the other side. I loved those games, simplistic and stupid as they were.

As for the worst possible game evar on the NES, my mind comes to a complete blank, seeming as I have the psychological disorder of loving the games I grew up with. I guess it would have to be "Puss N Boots: Nero's Adventure" if thats the right title. Very little gameplay.

Edit: To beat Noah's Ark, you have to pick up the animals (you can pick multiple animals at a time) and drop them off in the Ark. Some of them are violent, which results in you throwing something at them to knock them out. Favorite thing to do: Pick up all the animals, throw them in the cave, and watch the clipping problems ensue. I found this entertaining when I was 7.
