I suspect that the main problem is that people are presuming the effects of their actions on others. Always let the other person respond, and if you're the person responding, play fair. It's never fun to fight an invincible foe - everyone here has a weakness, or should have. Respawn by all means, but take the hit.

Please excuse the slightly ranting tone, but it can get annoying. And yes, I know that I'm not perfect, but I do try.
