it didn't, hence why people keep setting off the apocalypse by accident in these games to get their hands on it.

How exactly does the game work? I'm just playing along. Also, I"m trying to introduce it to another forum.

It's pretty much a do-whatever-you-want arena. When played in real life, the game has one rule: anything you make up.

On the forum, however, there are problems with that rule. We are no longer governed by the laws of time and space, therefore new rules must be applied.

It was originally a Godmode arena, but that led to problems (spam, noobs, etc.). Therefore, we made rules such as: A player may only say what they are doing, not what they accomplish. So, if you want to punch, say, Thaumaturge in the face, you say something along the lines of "Argent throws a punch in Thaumaturge's direction." Thaumaturge, or one of the other players, will decide what happens next. This rule, I've noticed, is slightly flexible, since if everyone decided their own fate, we wouldn't get anywhere.

I'm sure there are other rules, but I can't recall them. The basic object of the game is to get the Calvinball and, above all else, make it funny. Quoting popular T.V. shows, movies, and flash animations is a good way to be funny. Victory for ZIIIIM!!!

Ahem. Sorry.

Question: Where exactly is DB's char? His other-dimensional fortress is gone, but he says he's in his room (which I believe he mentioned to be in his other-dimensional fortress shortly after it's creation).

*shrug*

Ok, I think it'll be a little more serious on hte other forum, though, mainly because I'm good at that.

The one exception to this rule is if you are Ending or setting up the Ending to a Calvinball thread. (meaning it only happens within the last 100 posts.)
