:(

A good reason why I usually write in Notepad, though.

But still, :(

I usually write my big posts in notepad, but then the formatting goes all weird when I transfer it to the forum post field. Any way around that, Zeph?

Try turning off Word Wrap, and then Select All and paste. It's irritating 'cause Notepad inserts actual linebreaks instead of wrapping without breaking, like, say, a web browser. If you ARE doing that, then I don't know what's happening, 'cause Notepad does raw text, without any special formatting characters that fudge stuff up.

Unless you're using WORDpad. Then you copy all that and paste it in Notepad, and then turn Word Wrap off and paste that again into the post field.

*Phew* Organic Chemistry test is today, so after I finish dying from it I'll work on and subsequently post my battle.

Ah...so turning off Word Wrap does serve a purpose. I just always left it on since the scrolling from side to side was pissing me off too much, but now I see it does have its uses. Thanks for the info.

Sorry I've been out of it I've been busy.

what's going on?

Wolf99x 10-26-2004 10:30 PM

Good to see you're back, Jad.

Here's what's been going on in the RP as we finally clash with Mastermind's blackest order of assassins. Currently we've got two fights concluded, one ongoing, and one about to start.

So, let's see where everyone is right now. Umm...Wraith is in the hospital from a gunshot wound, Angel is unconscious and out of action for a good while unless he can get a lung replaced along with half of his ribs quickly. Devin is getting his ass kicked as we type, Kaitiln nearly died, and the tension mounts as we wait to see what happens as Jade and Monk tackle their assassin forces.

So we have Wolf and Kaitlin as active but wounded, Scrya as fully active. Wraith, inactive from injury. Angel as "Holy crap that was close" inactive, Devin still in battle, and Jade and Monk just about to fight, but still 100% ready.

Meanwhile, I'm considering how many bases Beowulf and J2 could've wiped out by now...but I guess we could just stick with the burnt remains of the one they attacked initally.

Everyone,

I'm sorry for my lack of posting in Cyber Wars. I didn't have a good reason for the first time through, and that was the fact that the Xbox stole my soul. (Shakes fists) Damn gaming systems.

However, I have a more valid excuse now for my lack of posting, and it isn't one that I'm happy about. In fact, I'm killing myself in the inside because the pain is becoming too much to handle, but I have to support everyone. This is something I have to do.

I fear that my Father will not see the light of tommorow, much less the end of this week. Until I come back, I shall keep in contact with Wolf and he'll give you updates, but don't expect me any time soon. I'm sorry... and please pray for my family. Not for me, for them.

Sorry, man. :( Seems like everyone's coming on hard times this year... good luck to your family. See ya later, and we'll keep your seat warm for you (small comfort that is...). :)
