Final fantasy 10
Well, im almost done playin the game and i thought it was pretty cool, but nothing could beat the horrible storyline of ffx am i right?
|
This isn't in any way 8BT-related, so moving to the Videogames forum.
|
I like FFX. I like a lot less FFX-2.
|
Yay, another FFX hate thread coming...
In my opinion, it just wasn't executed as well as it could have been, just like ::SHOCK:: FVII. |
Meh, it beats FF8's by miles. I actually enjoyed FFX the most of all the PS-PS2's storylines, it had semi-compelling figures, and Auron.
|
FFX had an okay storyline in my opinion. Fairly good characters and a few nice twists. But it definitely could've been better. Still, I'm not complaining. It's far from horrific.
|
Not the best in the series, but it has some really touching moments. And even a mediocre Final Fantasy is still worth getting a console for. . .

How people could not like FFX or FFX-2 will always remain a mystery to me. I love both the games.
I like FFX, because it took the next step and went with voice actors (Did the gang ever find out what Tidus's name was?), plus it's Final Fantasy. I like FFX-2 more than FFX though, because of that Charlie's Angels element that they added (Ok, so his name is officially "You-know-who" this time... an improvement!), but both games just say "w00t0*!" :D * Not a typo. |
lollie, the voice actors never said Tidus's name because that was the only name they let you (the player) choose. After reading Tim Rogers's thing on videogame naming, I think it would have been better if they never said ANY of the characters names.
In FFX-2, they prolly just didn't wanna come right out and assume that you had picked Tidus, so they alluded to it. |
I like FFX. Probably my favorite. And I didn't mind X-2.
