Military question

Does anyone know where I can find out what the ranks are called in the Army and Navy and what privileges/duties each have? Also, I'd like to find out more on what each do while not in combat.

Dante 09-19-2004 08:09 PM

That would probably vary from unit to unit and army to army...

automatick 09-19-2004 08:10 PM

wow, i hope some one can answer that cause i sure as hell cant.

If you'd like I can send you the Canadian ranks. (officers anyway)

BAM!

(It's a big list of several militaries and their ranks in order, then if you click the rank it gives info on them)

As for the rest, wait till Dante or FlareCobra or JoeCB get on, their in some sort of military I think (ANd some other users, I think Z_______ is in one too).

well just checked my ROTC handbook again and it specificaly says E1-3 are the Seaman variation's. Maybe it's cuz your a seabee?

JoeCB 09-19-2004 09:25 PM

umm let me thing whom id believe, an ROTC Book or someone who has been inthe navy for over 5 years. :P

and yes its because Im a seabee.
When you are an E1-E3 you can be a Seaman, Airman, Fireman, and Constructionman
