All this slaughtering of Dwarves is sickening...
 

...because it's ELVES who should be being slaughtered by the thousands. Slaughtering dwarves is a waste of time. How it disgusts me to see such necessary violence directed in entirely the wrong direction.

Yet Brian insists that he hates elves. So why have we seen elves come to scarcely any harm at all, compared to dwarves (who get cookie points for being elves' mortal enemies)? Such a disparity pains my heart.

Elves must DIE. Brutally, painfully, and in gratuitously enormous quantities. The fact they haven't yet, hopefully means that a far worse, almost unimaginably horrible fate awaits them at an unspecified point in the future. If this is not the case, then it is a great tragedy indeed.

I personally do not advocate genocide of any race at all, but I still want to stay away from the elves. They're the ones that like attacking other races for some insignificant or imaginary offence, and it's nearly impossible(if possible) to get away from them..

I disagree. The dwarves are the ones that should be slaughtered... sure elves can be pretty annoying sometimes... but at least their women aren't bearded... and thought of as sexy. Not to mention that at least elves come up with SOME offence before attacking you, where as dwarves down a little ale and start clipping knees left and right, because someone said their beard was ratty.

I advocate genocide for almost EVERY race.
Dwarves are short, cocky, and stubborn.
Elves are tall, whiny, and arrogant
they are like extremes of each other, and as the guy in the middle, I wish nothing but violence toward both sides.
Oh, and I don't like Halflings, stupid tree-hugging cowards...
or gnomes, they're all pickpockets, whether they do it illegitimately or otherwise.
Orcs, ogres, goblins, imps and trolls, I just wish they were smarter; the half-versions of some of them (half-orc, half-ogre) tend to be civilized enough to get along with, so I guess they are ok.
In any case, most races stink, and should be vaporized.

p.s. giants take up too much space, and I hope fighter kills a ton more of them before the adventure is through.

p.p.s. I know a lot of these races don't exist in FF1, but that doesn't mean I don't hate them.

Er, actually elves are pretty short... Just taller than dwarves is all... Besides, what reason is there for the destruction of the elves, especially when Thief happens to be their future leader? I personally think that if ANY race should be slaughtered, it should be the most terrifying race of them all...

I'm a fan of Dwarves. But think about it...

Thief is an Elf. Not only that, he's the prince of the Elves. Is he going let Black Mage massacre his people? As Thief has mentioned, citizens are for ruling. Take those away, and he's got nothing.

As an Elf, Thief hates Dwarves almost as much as he loves money. That, combined with Black Mage's indiscriminate evil, means there will be many slaughtered Dwarves when the only vocal opposition is the ineffectual Red Mage.

Don't worry though. I'm sure I'll cook up something horrible for the Elves too.

BM is plainly having the time of his life. He may not get to destroy the world, but he's destroying Dwarfdom and that has to be pretty darned good. I'm betting he's so happy, he might even forgive Thief for showing up again.

I think that the Dwarves deserve what they are getting. I mean really, who would guard a orb with a mere 400 stage test?? It should be atleast 5 times as long, and give God.. er..um... I mean Brian a whole new "season" or two of 8-bit theatre.
