Its one of those cushy jobs where people realized she had great power, so she ascended to the top. She's youngish, controls the Church (which also controls the military), and has some magic abilities. She's also working on something at the moment.

Bartleby sounds cool, too....a bit like a funnier Stonebrow, or a battle-hungry Waistcoat.

Nearzul is a half-elf necromancer who lives in a swamp... I doubt he is a major stud. Even if he has a pretty face, I doubt his hygine habits are very good (Since lives in a swamp, cleaning yourself really wouldn't do much since ten seconds later you'd be dirty). And he hangs around dead people.

Are you saying black-mana users are unclean? The great Colisseum of the Cabal was in a swamp, yet the First was one of the best-groomed people on Otaria!

Also, I resent your assumption that you are so completely knowledgeable about swamps, especially about the swamp Naerzul lives in.

Plus, we won't be very close to her, being that she's guarded by about the entire military in a very protected area, namely the Human Citadel. She's more the unseen but still felt presence that'll send stuff out to kill us.
