Just don't die and don't fight back (That's the ideal way to handle it, though you could try beating him). Attacking but doing nothing kills the fun, so he would eventually calm down. A tranqulizer could work, but it would have to be enough to knock out an elephant, then you would have to drag him and his weapons back to Corneria (Which would have to be a group effort).
And did anyone ever get the stolen stuff? I guess when Ryu or MLA get on, one of their characters (Or both of them) could have gotten all the stolen stuff. |
I have a point to bring up. A certain adventurer is wounded, just entering the forest, and hoping for a white mage to come save him. Said white mage is running out of the forest in another place, helping someone else who is injured, and also out of mana. What does that add up to normally?
|
That adds up tp death. Really, why would you run into a forest where imps and goblins are coming from when you want to be healed, when a giant city is behind you?

IHMN officially has my vote to run this game now. Unless everyone else decides upon someone else.
|
IHMN can be favoritist, and we seem to be doing fairly well as is. I suggest we vote over decisions instead of having a DM lording it over us.
|
That'll work too. We just need some kind of plot, which usually comes out better when someone takes the lead. We do have a few people in this thread that I would trust to work together and follow up on the leads, though. I'm just not sure how this RP will turn out without some kind of leadership.

I've never been a DM (For more then a chapter at least, and even then you've never been in one of the RPs/Been on the forum), how could you possibly get the idea that I would favor others when I have power?
And I would really prefer a DM over grouped thinking. A good DM would move the story along with the players input, but make sure it stays on track, doesn't go to far, and so on. |
Maybe if we had a DM group as a sort of compromise. Like 2-4 people acting as GM's, making decisions together or complementing each others' ideas or something?

I suggest the group consist of you, myself, IHMN, and AB. Any thoughts? |
I think I'll throw some examples of the choices.
No DM - Insanity Quest. While some people (Like the people involved, who only DB is who is also in this RP) might like that, how it works annoys me. Basically, when some one thinks of something, they do it. In the parts I was involved, there were four consecutive fights, a half-elf turned himself to full elf and full human, girl turns into evil-demon thing then back again, and wierd eye things appear and the dragon goes crazy. Multiple DMs - Shield of Lies. It's basically like a single DM, but more then one person decides. A path is set, the players follow. One DM - Jadguy's (Not Squishy Cheeks) samurai RPs. Jadguy has a set story, but he usually lets the players choose how to follow through. What path they want to take, what direction they want to go in, where they want to scout, etc. |
