This is an RP based on Read or Die (R.O.D.)

Story
Three years ago creatures known as Igin appeared. Igin were historical figures who have been mutated and enhanced. Their creator wished to destroy most of the human population. It was assumed that the Igin were extinct after that incodent.

Unfortunately after such a long dorment state new Igin have appeared in search of rare artifacts from history. Fortunately after the first Igin attacks a new special division of the UN was formed to combat such a threat if it ever resurfaced. The recently formed Agency must figure out why the Igin have surfaced, what they are planning, and how to stop them before it is too late.

There are two sides to choose from. You can be an agent or an Igin. Agents are humans with special powers. The only character you can be from the movie is Paper, but you can have your own character with simular powers. For now I am keeping the Igin's motives secrete. I want to encourage people to dig for them. Oh and you can be an Igin thats just following orders and doesn't know the bosses motives. Just remember an Igin's powers need to be related to what that person did in life. Remember they could have been completely passive in life and deadly warriors as Igin.

bio: she is an agent of the Library, 3 years ago she saved the world from Beetovens 9th symphony of death. She is currently still working for the newly formed Agency and still buys about 300 books a week, without enough money to pay for them. Her current mission is to track down the remaining igins.

Oh yeah, forgot about that. :p i don't even know how old she was in the movie anyway, i just guessed.

Profile: Long and bony, chooses missions where he has a chance to blend in with the Rock crowd. He looks like a normal heavy metal fan, and has been in the rock scene the last 5 years

Bio: He was one of the members of a secrete US agency before his transfer. Now he is a high ranking operative assigned to the Igin

Profile for Igin; (I greatly respect this guy but he is just the perfect choice)
Name: Leonard Da Vinci
History: The father of modern aviation, optics, anatomy, mechanics and more. He was a genious of his time and now his intellect is even greater. It was the knowledge from him that helped create the first Igin
Power/items: His intellegance allows him to create deadly weapons that he uses to fight.

Igin:
Name: Zhuge Liang
History: An amazing strategist who helped Shu during China's Three Kingdoms era, his most notable accomplishment was during the battle of Chibi, when Wei's naval forces threaten to overtake the allied might of the Shu and Wu empires. To defeat Wei, Zhuge Liang summoned up/predicted a wind that would carry flames all the way to Wei's ships and burn them.
Power/items: He can fly, summon up wind, and also (by waving his feathered fan) summon up flames around him.

I'll have to dig a little bit deeper, because this is just what's off the top of my head from a video game.

Ecurt, from your little history thing it doesn't seem like Zhuge had any fire control.

Nationality: American
Gender: Male
Power: Control over gravity (limited to himself and things he touches)
Bio: G-Force (name not given) was a young boy in Harlem when he found his power. He was drafted by the US special forces, but after seeing how poorly they acted during the Igin fiasco he quickly requested and was granted a transfer to the UN division.

Fire, just because the reason he needed the wind was so that the flames could be carried to the enemies' ships.

Oh, the way I read the condensed history was that he had flames (like a torch or a bonfire or whatnot) and then he conjured a gust of wind that blew the fire to the enemy.

ok Eruct how about this. You can manipulate the fire if it already exists, ala pyro. But cant conjure fire itself

Bio: A young man with no apart ambition's in life, uses his power's to either gain power or manipulate the system. He was in the CAF (Canadian Armed Forces) and served in Israel for a while, but abandoned the army after a bomb shell took his friends. Joined the UN after signing a contract that persuded him from a life of crime.
