Holy Crap. No way.
Please somebody tell me that this is a joke.
Oh God...the horror... Because if it's not...I mean...whoa....just wrong. Just very, very wrong... Edit: What the?! They have an ad on the third page! A disturbing one at that... |
I'm almost speechless...
I'm rightfully skeptical of internet-based news, but just the idea that someone would... Ick. I'm sure their clientele should be examined for some sort of psychosis. Gyah! *shudders* Imagine walking into a room and thinking...*shudders again* |
Too bad you didn't post this up a couple of days ago, 'cuz this would be the perfect sort of thing for Halloween. Scary and disturbing...ugh...
Welcome back Devil, BTW. |
0.0 woah. I really hope that this is not true. Because if it was...I don't even want to think about it. How did you come across this disturbing article?
|
Can you imagine though?
"Say Rigamortis" |
"Finally, the perfect way to enjoy your inlaws." That would be a great tagline.
I think its kinda creepy/gross, but hey, if someone wanted to get frozen, theres gotta be someone who wanted to get mounted on the wall. Although I can't see the huge demand for this. |
At least their not turning them into chairs or tables.
"MOM, I spilled hot cocoa on dad" |
Shit...damn...uh...yeah...
I'm going away... NOW! ...Shit... |
Well the site seems legit although I do have my suspicions.
Also, I cannot find anything else on Forever Yours. My first reaction would be that this article is fake. But then, if the article is fake, why did they write up 10 pages? |
Its fake. No legitimate news site, even on the internet, would have ads for a strip/porn website.
|
If I had a legitimate news site, I would.
Also, some of the ads for the porn are locally hosted, so yah, it's fake. As to why they would write ten pages... well, why write 1? It obviously amused them. Apparently it amused them quite a good deal. |
'Perverse' A Life morelike.
Personally, the site looks real enough so say this one isn't a fake. You can have animals stuffed and the like, I think it's just taking that one step further. Though actual people is a kind've touchy subject. These families must be really shallow to have only valued their loved ones physical form and not their actual person, who has since left the body through death. It's quite upsetting. |
Anyone else remember that radio ad from GTA3? The one for petstuffers.com where it said at the end: "And,coming soon: Grandparents Forever!"
I think it's a fake article, mainly because of the style it's written in. Very over-the-top in a subtle way. Quote:

I agree with Meister. The way the article's written doesn't sound quite right.
|
I believe it, and to be honest, I'm not surprised at all about it. You'd figure out of so many people in the world today, there'd be some truely sick fucks like that...or total morons...y'know, like that old man who accidently chopped off his own penis, thinking he was cutting a chicken's head off. I could NOT stop laughing at that one. He was trying to kill this chicken that was making a lot of noise and must've mistook his penis for the chicken's neck. He was so irritated by losing it that he threw it to his dog. I was ROLLIN'!
But yeah, I expected something like that. I'm just surprised I didn't think of it before just so I can say "I wonder when someone's gonna taxidermize a human being?" |
It may be real or not (I really hope not) but just the idea that someone would....ick
|
Alright, now I can sleep at night.
Although I don't understand why a newspaper like the one this article appeared in would go to such great lengths to create such an elaborate hoax, I'm glad to find out it's just BS. Cuz' that ad just screamed necrophelia. And necrophelia is wrong. Unless you're a zombie. |
::wipes forehead:: Yikes. Thank goodness that was faked.
It did have the flavor of a fake article...at least the first part did, with the entire birthday party thing. But still...give it five years. People will actually be doing this. |
Honestly, very soon, you will find people doing this. I'm sure some sick fuck out there will enjoy it. As to WHY it was published, I think it was an advertisement for a possibly real company. To make it feel like, you know, "Oh, they did it too, so we can do it too! It's OK."
Anyhow, that's sick. And, honestly, whoever would design such a hoax for advertisement is just plain sick. VERY sick. |
It could always be a prelude to an alternate reality game. "Stop the evil corp that's preserving people before they're really dead" kind of thing.
