Okay, here we go again. Alternate titles for this one included "Citizens on Patrol", "The final Nightmare", and "Citizen Toxie"

I would've gone for Citizens on Patrol, m'self.

By the by, I'm sorry for the vengance strike that was my posting, but with days off... things kind of form in your head. Not to mention, once I got the first few lines down, it just kept coming...

and coming...

The ideas! They were grand. But anyway, now that my brain has settled back into real life, my posting will get shorter and more to the point. Again, I aplogize to anyone out there bored while reading my post... s...

It actually kinda shatters my whole premise of the First Order assassin, since they chose to follow him in the first place, and given the way he felt about the First Order, he never made any attempt to brainwash them; actually, like you said, he wished they'd just go away. The way I'd created them, they were the ultimate fanatics, like Hitler's SS only so much more devoted in that MM was confident enough to let them choose their allegiance rather than force it on them. They also weren't pyschotic in my original vision: actually, they were extremely intelligent and articulate and believed what they were doing was good and just. Scrya went berserk at the prison when she tasted blood, and felt the rush of power after all those long years. It's enough to drive most anybody mad, really...

Scrya was the one exception: she trained in captivity for several years to better herself, but it took quite a few of those years for her to realize that she didn't need to rely on him, and that he wasn't a God nor her father or anything. She felt abandoned. The others, well... they still had their freedom and were loyal all along. Those seven years of rage also contributed to the sudden berserk rampage.

Most of these guys felt new, anyway, so I guess it'd be logical for them to be more like the "lower ranks"... >.> Why use your best troops on a feeler mission, anyway?

I'm done ranting. Or being wrong. Take your pick.

Uh..I agree with you Zeph, I envisioned the First Order to be like SS or something to that degree. I guess we all just ran with it and it didn't come out as planned.
