How are we going to even the different levels of damage out? I'm willing to bet that anyone who has ever PLAYED FF7 will claim that the strongest spells (Meteor, Ultima, etc.) are stronger than those in FFIV, yet their characters also have superior melee skills.

Anyway, I already mentioned which games the charactes can be from. And Aeria, they can't be NPCs. And yes, you can use espers, GFs, etc.

Hmmm...can Palom summon? He couldn't do it in the game, but just about every other FF game has the other forms of magic tied up in Summoning.

Also...after helping that moron Cecil, and after his master un-stoned him, he probably continued studying to advance his skills.

Ya it will be hard to balance the characters, my locke, (since he was just so awsome) I taught him almost all the spells but in this I don't know if I should have a mage theif or not. :bmage: + :thief: = :confused:

I think the other FF7 Chars are FAR to powerful, take away alot of your friggen materia, just cus you have that many slots doesnt mean you should fill them all, also, why so many summons... Heres mine

Please, you think the FF7 characters are powerful, wait till I make my GF-ed out Squall, or my Kihmari that took Auron's Sphere Grid route...

You want powerful, just take ANY ff10 character that has completed the grid and has a decent custom weapon. 99999 damage, easy.

Yeah, when I first posted the "Can FF[blank] have [blank]?" post, I was trying to dissuade Flare from allowing ANY of the game systems into the RPG (like I found in the MtG RP, people take the source material too seriously and you're just playing the game in a new setting), but since she allowed all of the easily exploitable systems instead of going with a character personality = powers system, Do as the Romans do I guess.
