The trial of Scott Peterson.

Well, the trial of scott peterson is finally coming to a end. At 4:00pm eastern, the verdict will be announced.

I'm really glad this is going to be over. The media has covered this trial way to closely! I mean, why is this case so special?

In my opinion, this guy gets whatever he has coming to him.

Here is a story on this: http://www.cnn.com/2004/LAW/11/12/pe...ial/index.html

What do you think of the trial? What do you think of the verdict?

Discuss it here!

Guilty!

He was found guilty of 2 counts of murder.

What do you think about the verdict?

Never mind the verdict, don't double post is what I think.

It still bothers me...
Why did he admit to being there at the Marina if he knew there would be a corpse in the bay?

Putting all judicial and facts of the case aside...You gonna fry, beotch! =D

i don't know any of the evidence. he could be telling the truth and he didn't do anything wrong... or he could have murdered her. either way, it doesn't affect my life, thankfully. but i hope he doesn't get the death penalty, because i am against the death penalty.

True, true, I live an estimated 10,000 miles away from California, but I do take a Law class, soo..

The male teen in me would want him strapped to old Sparky and set him to well done. The ethical person in me would just want him locked up until he's old and wrinkly.

And waste more taxpayer money?
I say (if hes guilty) kill him immediately.

But It still bothers me!
Why...the hell...would he....admit...to being there????

Either because he was really there, or he's trying to confuse the jury.

That's what you get when you get twelve people too stupid to find a way out of Jury duty.

I heard an execution costs more than life imprisonment. I count on darthzeth to back me up, or refute my 'knowledge'.

Anyways technically he shouldn't have been found guilty by the way the justice system is supposed to work. They couldn't prove he did it, they could only prove he maybe didn't not do it. He'll dominate in an appeal, even if I want him to be incarcerated.
