music theme hunt
 

well i need your guys help since i just got blindsided by something evil.

i need to find as many types of music and poems as i can that relate to some one running away/leaving home/running for there lives.

all i got is I Ran from that GTA game. and it just dosent feel right. any help would be greatly apreciated because i have to go to work and wont be back untill 11pm ish.

you and only you can help me get a decent nights sleep.

"Janie's got a Gun" By Aerosmith might work.

As would "Homecoming Queen's Got a Gun" by Julie Brown...perhaps.

Hmm, there's some song with a chorus of "Why are you running away?" or something like that. Not sure who it is. Maybe POD...

We're off to see the wizard? How about, In the Hall of the Mountain King. It could be interpereted as a running song. Or, maybe it's just cause I associate the song with Sonic the Hedgehog.

No, wait, In the Hall of the Mountain King would work, I think. Isn't the guy the peice/play is about running from the Mountain King?

Well I know that Pink Floyd - One of my Tunes, has the last line "Why are you running away?"

Maybe Linkin Park - Runaway will do it?

Or Hoobastank - Running Away, now that I think about it.
