I want to share this with the WORLD!

HA HA HA

My humor is unjust, I know. But it's made even funnier by the fact the man who was knocked out by the stray football is my manager. I just felt like I needed to tell everyone before I explode from all this pent up laughter.

I don't feel that's unjust especially if you don't particularly care for your manager.

Man getting hit by football is classic humor, just ask Homer Simpson.

When I was a kid, playing soccer, I got beaned in the side of the head by a kicked ball. I had the imprint of the words from the side of the ball on my ear for a day after the fact. As far as I remember, it hurt like a mutha... but now, I look back and think of how funny it was.

Is this the same manager that refuses to promote you or even show appreciation for all the work you do there?

Toastburner B 11-29-2004 04:18 PM

I suddenly realize that I am quite lucky because all my managers are nice people, and I would feel bad if they got knocked out.

But I've had the managers I haven't liked before. So, enjoy the moment, RaiRai...it will probably mean he'll be in a bad mood when he comes back to work.

Aren't all managers that way?

Yes. I mean, take the weekend for example. Only reason he was AT that match is because he agreed to work the Sunday to make up for it. Being knocked out kinda meant he wasn't in work yesterday, therefore didn't make up for having Saturday off. Thus taking advantages only lazy managers can make. Pah.

I know I said it before, but it bears repeating. Didn't you wish for some misfortune on him last year or something?

He got to see the game and got out of work, how is that misfortune.....unless he doesn't wake up for 5 years or something......

Most managers are scum suckers, or incompetant, or both. I wish this fate upon them all.

Silly Kitty 11-29-2004 08:53 PM

Well i think this deserves a laugh.*laugh* Ok thats enough of that. Thats pretty funny though. Wish that would happen to all managers. That would make it even funnier. Maybe a little weird though.
