We'd eventually need one of these, so I made it early.

Also, don't you think a group of people who know absolutely nothing (Besides the few who decided they were 'special' and already knew a lot) a sudden burst of information (Including various evils of the world) could kill them in several ways, like a heart attack?

You should ease them into the world first.

sorry, I was trying to explain why I hadn't posted yet, and it seemed like that was the easiest way to catch up with everybody and explain my absence at the same time.
should I go back and change it?

I just kinda went along with everyone else. It seems to me that when they were created that their bodies would be prepared for this sort of thing. Anyway I hope that my posts aren't to wordy and that they make at least a little sense. Also what does everybody think is the best way to get everyone at the same point in the story it's kinda uneven now mine especially.

I'm not suprised really. BtM gave us several weeks, and who wants to spend time learning actual things? People want to get right to their powers.

And the affect would be much more mental then anything else. If you want to be evil, have your hcaracter go insane from all the sudden information.

Edit - And then we have Inbred, who I guess decided that his original power was to boring, so he decided to add on some things without mentioning it, and be a 'special' soldier.

Man, I really had a good idea for a character right after the RP actually started. She'd be Fan Service, and her power set would extend from her blinding beauty. It'd be funny, sexy, and cool if I could think up enough useful powers.

Sorry, but all this mind junk is annoying so I want to spice it up, if you don't like it I can edit it. It's just who do you think would win in a fair fight, someone who can run on walls or someone who can throw tanks? Besides, I'm keeping it pretty much to acrobatics so it won't be like "I need heat vision. BAM YAY HEAT VISION." It will just change over time, like it might change to more strength and less acrobatics or climbing and stuff like that. Guess I should'be asked before I did something like that.

PS: My character is going evil, but through the input of the scientist, so I thought he might need to be a bit stronger.

So, switching some acrobats for strength makes his power unimaginable?

Also, evil does not mean you get to be stronger. In a structured story, usually the evils are. But this is free form, you're stuck with what you have. Of course, it's free-form, so you could always make up a bunch of shit about getting upgraded by (Input random crap here).


Also, AB, you might want to ease up on the fire arms. BtM's entire power is extreme accuracy with weapons, and you basically gavce your person that with fire arms in an hour or so (Along with most of the world's knowledge...).

Also, to everyone who has not done it already, our characters have powers. None of them know how to control them yet (Besides the few 'special' people). Don't you think that some accidents should be happening? For example, krylo's character is opening a door. {art of his power is that he is stronger then everyone else. He doesn't know how to control that yet (Having basically just been born, like everyone else), so he accidently rips the door open.

okay, later on, we'll encounter some people who had their computers explode, that was my accident, didn't even know i was doing it.

Ok, I know this sounds weird, but we will just go with that the Doctor Journeyman is just overestimating the abilities of my character.What he says is true to an extent, but my character can't really achieve that goal.

I figured as far as they went, Kristen would have the general firearms and martial arts training of a top marine, while you could take whole squads of top marines to school without getting winded. Kristen could snipe with a sniper rifle, but you wouldn't need the scope or the time to acquire the targets like she would. Heck, when I think extreme accuracy, that'd be like even an enemy hiding behind a corner could be shot by aiming so that the bullet ricochets and hits him. Kristen could never do that.
