Yeah... It was good until whatever was after Ninja... Neo or something...

GatoFiero 12-12-2003 11:26 PM

Humm, perhaps i'll join. It seems your lacking orcish representation...although being a cat boy might be interesting aswell, i could say i'm a half human half tamril or something...humm, i think i'll do a character and post it to see if you'll let me in.

Its when the Power Rangers became public that it all went to hell...and when they ditched the gretest color scheme ever...

Black Guy = Black Power Ranger
Asian Girl = Yellow Power Ranger
Jock = Red Power Ranger
Hot Chick = Pink Power Ranger
Nerd = Blue Power Ranger

And a talking head...cmon, you cant beat it.

Squishy Cheeks 12-12-2003 11:28 PM

no mixed speicies, halfers don't really occur biology gets in the way

The japanese version was better especially when the green ranger died. he didn't lose his powers then become the white ranger no he died.

CelesJessa 12-12-2003 11:28 PM

No it was good until they sent billy to space or something and then they started just bringing random characters in to become new power rangers and such. The original ones were the only good ones.

*glances around* come on, I grew up with two brothers, how could I have not watched power rangers when I was little?

Anyhoo, I was thinking a talking sword more like Tales of Destiny, if anyone has ever played it. It's a great game. ^^;

IHateMakingNames 12-12-2003 11:32 PM

There was a talking sword in Suikoden I and II...

BMHadoken 12-12-2003 11:33 PM

There was a slingshot named Steve in Dark Cloud.

He gave hints and quips...

Forever Zero 12-12-2003 11:37 PM

There was a talking sword in Baldur's Gate 2 named Lilarcor. I never got it, but it was supossedly really annoying...

CelesJessa 12-12-2003 11:37 PM

Hey... I don't have the slingshot named Steve yet... *goes to play Dark Cloud* I want that talking slingshot, darn it! ^^ hehe

And I haven't played Suikoden

anyhoo, I'll get on my character now/soon enough.

Name: Barashkukor (pronounced ba-rash-ku-kor)
Race: Ork (I’m assuming that this is similar to orcs)
Sex: Male
Age: 25 (right now I’m assuming that orcs live about the same amount of time as humans)
Weapons: Binnol, a large chain weapon (it’s hard to described unless you’re a weapons buff, think gundam epyon’s chain and your close), has elemental attribute of wind. A large metal rod, basicaly just a quarterstaff made of metal, is extremely heavy for most if your not an ork, has the elemental attribute of lightening (some have called it the lightening rod).
Armor: None.
Skills: Hunting, wilderness survival, resistence to elements (cept rain), ork lore, ork shamanism, fighting with: fists, chains, and staffs
Appearance: Tall, muscular build, Black hair tied back in a warrior’s brade, and yellow eyes. Wears loose, durable shirt and pants or earthen color (used to break the high winds of his homeland).
Bio: Baraskukor, also known as Baras to his friends, is the first shaman to wield both the Wind Binnol and the Lightening Rod in over 200 years. He is from the ork tribes of the harsh wastelands, and is used to extreme temperatures, high winds, and electrical storms. He hates the rain, loves the wind. Enjoys the sound of thunder and the look of lightening. A vision drew him out of the wastelands and he knows very little about the world outside of what he has been told by the occasional trader brave enough to venture into the wastelands.
Extra: nothing that I can think of right now.

There, how's that?
