Hyper beam was infinite, cause it was only at the end of the game so you could win. And Samus could reach the top of the screen with space jump. Just helping you with the facts, IHMN.

using armor crush attacks and falcon armor, X actually has MUCH more mobility and speed than samus, not to mention in X-5 (or... 4?) he can freeze time.

Then no Hyper Beam for Samus, and no Hadoken for X... Each person doesn't get there cheap, 1 hit kill moves from the end of the game to kill the boss easier.

And no problem then, all he would have to do is jump, then shot the electric attack. That would reach the top.

even without the power of the hado, X can simply stop time when he's about to be hit.

random question, can X and samus use each others powerups? like power capsules and stuff?

We are only using X from the first X game and Samus from Super Metroid was the challenge, and they their super attacks, hyper beam and hadoken. Samus still has her freeze shot, and can dodge X's charged electric thing by jumping over it. She would just need to freeze X and Super missle him to death easily. And on the life front, X has a full life bar of 130 units, Samus has a full life bar of 99 units, but X has 4 recharge tanks that restore 100 units of energy, and Samus has 16 tanks all with 99 life points, so Samus could survive a good beating from X and still beat him without too much trouble.

hell no. I doubt they would know how to use each other's technology. Actually now that I think of it, X probably could but not Samus.

No, she can't jump over his electric thing. He just needs to jump, then shot, and she would be hit. All he would have to do is use his electric charge until it's run out, and Samus' suit would be fried.

And Samus would just need to wait for him to shoot it first then jump. And even if he jumped and shot her, screw attack would take over and protect her from the shot.

As said before, her armor is weak to electric attacks. Even though screw attack is being done, she might not get damage, but her wiring would get fried or something.

Of course, there will be a ceiling to this battle field, as well as a small area. X is the only one of the two that can teleport, so it's his battle arena choice. If he doesn't like the spot, he can just leave, Samus would have to be running while avoiding X's shots

I thought we decided the battlefield was a wide open arena like thing? X teleporting doesn't matter, if he doesn't like the arena, he can leave and forfeit it to Samus.

And now we're going to argue about the arena...
