Now there's the Black Mage I know!

That was beautiful, funny... And extremely sad.
That's it, that's the turning point where WM realizes that BM's is the total opposite of her: An amoral force bound to follow the designs of a chaotic "destiny" (Or lack of it.).
This is where WM loses hope on THIS LW. This is where the whole WM/BM relationship scenario becomes impossible.
And possibly, one of the last comics with WM.

The next comic will probably feature WM trying to kill BM, or with her promising that she will destroy him, or with her running away in tears. Either way, It will be a sad day for both Mages.

It was a really funny comic... and yet... I could not laugh.

Silly White mage. Thinking a sweet sentiment from BM's heart could bowl over the fact that he's a horrid, horrid little man

Though I take some heart in him saying "If I did it for no reason at all, I'd be some sort of sicko, right?"

Running away in tears would be an appropiate response. I mean, comeon. Black mage has revealed more of a plot to himself.

Then again....are any of us suprised?

Actually, the "sicko" comment is just sad to me. Black Mage sees that abusing other people to benefit him is good. Doing it for no reason wouldn't benefit him, so he'd be crazy to bother doing it.

As I said to Brian, when he crushes the hopes and dreams of the romantic populous, he always does it with such flair.

Personally, i think this is the deciding comic for WM. Thats the big heart breaker. I'm feeling some inner turmoilish heart-wrenching dialogue..

Then her running away in tears, and black mage realizing he's an idiot. WM turns dark, BM turns good, and then they both realize that that's stupid, and turn back.

Feels very....Brian-esque.

I dunno, this idea is sounding awfully close to the plot for Grease.

I do think that this is going to be a turning point for WM though. Maybe she realises that these aren't the true LW. Hmm, I recall Brian saying that he had something with the real LW's coming up. What if she runs off crying and hooks up with them. I'm liking the possobilities here....

I wonder how long it will take some people to cry out in outrage at this. Great comic, was wondering if BM would ever tell WM about how he powers the Hadoken, and now we know how he got it too. Kudos Brian.
