Final Fantasy RP (Not Again!)
 

Well maybe this time it will be less of a mess. I am going to try to do a Final Fantasy RP with some sort of Caste System to make it interseting. This time though I am really working on less chaos and make it more organized and hopefully better. There will be more info later please post if your intrested or have any ideas/questions/comments/demands for a position of power.

Okay here is the scoop harrington, I am always willing to give some one new a chance, as others did for me, so we will see.

4. The caste system is almost figured out I have got percentages to figure out
5 No there will not be any caste unique classes like last time.
6. You can use some dnd classes, however any kind of FF class can be used, but ask first.
7. On your Char sheet DO NOT put in a bio gear or caste yet.
8. yes therewill be a gil system in this, yes you will have caste specific starting cash.
9. you may have starting equipment, which is not all your gear.

I have no idea what the caste percentages apply to (did the forum chew up your post?) but I'll make the basic sheet.

Name: Bartleby Job
Age: 39
Apperance: Always seen in armor, carries a sword in his belt and his buckler has his family crest (An angel defeating a dragon)
Class: Paladin/Holy Knight
Alignment leanings: Can heal a bit, can imbue his sword with Light making his attacks work better on the undead (zombies, ghosts, etc.) Other than his slight magic, he's an excellent warior and leader.
Equipment: Armor, Sword, buckler shield
Familiar request: Alexander of course

Do not worry about the caste's they will be dealt out to you at random. Also This is going to be turn based DUN DUNN DUNNN! So you guys have something else to worry about.

Here are the castes, also your guy can opt to be casteless and be a foreigner however your going to possbly get no starting gear or money so a monk would be best for this class... Now there is a religious system in place that is heavily reincarnation based. The better one does in life the higher there family's caste in the next life. However some religious scholars belive that when their "Mesiah" arrives he will make all castes one. Or so the legends say...

10% chance of getting
Mæjohra: This is the most upper class snobbish caste. They have a royal stick up there butt and will let you know about it.
Distinguishing Tattoo Color: Platinum, and that is what it is made out of too, making it the most painful tattoo to get ever, so these guys can be toughter than some think..

20% chance of getting
Oƒlarea: Second Highest caste, however they are more uppity about there position in society and can be the most snobbish of all the castes:
There Tattoo is colored gold, but there tat is not put on like the Mæjohra so they are not as tough as them

30% chance of getting
Nortega: The second lowest caste however most soldiers are conscripted from this caste, and these are usually you working men and such. Most of the revolutionaries come from this caste
There Tattoo is red, the color of blood the magic liquid that ties us all together and usually do not cover up there tattoo, as they wear there's as a badge of honor.

40%chance of getting
Gaurdia: The lowest caste, and almost half the population, this caste usually sticks together more than the other castes and although they have the least money of the caste's the people of this caste are very tight and sometimes entire villages hve been known to pool all there money together to buy everything from castles to the weaponry of the village champions, if you mess with one of these guys, usually that means messing with them all...
There tattoo is Blue which really has no symbolic value except it is the color of water, which makes up most of the planet. Ironically this caste makes up most of the population.

It seems I should wait until I get my caste before I really think about this character's personality and history.

EDIT: I don't know if the forum has stopped being retarded or what, but I just saw the caste things. Since you apparently ran them twice, can I choose the Guardia, its more fitting for a knightish guy to be connected to his friends and family than to be some snobbish dude. (Although I could play the snobbish Knight, it just doesn't lend itself well to battle).
