Hey i got the game. I AM FUGGING SCARED.
I don't know why but this is scarier than Doom 3.
Does anyone know a infallible way to get invincibility?

Cheating? I don't know, I've never played the game.
But I have read something about it. The game seems to be scarier, because the opponent "sees" you al the time, not only when you're face to face. That makes it more intens. (Or so I've read...)

invincibility? hmm. other than the Psi Wall skill, i don't think theres anyway to really stop all incoming attacks. what branch of the military did you sign up with?

marines, and i mean the editing the USER.CFG file not psi wall.

ah, definatly no idea. im not much for cheating, at least, not on the first play through.

And don't be a marine because they suck. If you're going to beat the game, the psi-ops are the only way to go.

Navy > psi-ops. After all, the hacking skill is the only one you absolutely positively need to have developed to a fairly high level in order to beat the game, since the final boss battle revolves on hacking several consoles before you get 'sploded. Of course, it's still a good idea to develop a couple of psionic abilities, especially the healing ones and the ones that keep your weapons from degrading. If you focus entirely on psionics, though, you'll be completely screwed at certain points in the game, since there is no psi-ability that can destroy mechanical enemies effectively.

On the other hand, when combined with the EMP cannon and some good hacking skills, psionics can be quite useful indeed.

If you don't want to invest in developing your skills in two or three weapons categories, I'd recommend sticking to the conventional weapons path. While the assault rifle won't cut through robots as well as the EMP would, or kill biologicals as well as pyrokenesis or worm-based weapons would, with the right ammunition it still does fairly well against both enemy types, and should serve you well throughout the game.

So i tested the undead cheat and it works...sort of.... Now, is the crystal shard any good?

Not really. None of the close up weapons are worth putting any points towards.

What about worm launcher?
