The file size was too big so i made it smaller by makeing the picture smaller.

I can't tell you how many times I've asked myself that question when standing in front of a s... nevermind.

Point is: Image type conversion. Make it a jpeg, gif, or png. That should do it.

HeroMachine is a very neat program. With the download you would only need to copy a line of code to give your fan made person to anyone with the program.

And if I remember I wounder if I could make the FF people heh heh heh and if no one else did all ready.

Actually, this is a new version, you still have to pay for the full version, but yes, I believe the old version is free to download now. As for the FF people, everyone already beat you to the 8bit characters, read the thread.
