Sword's of Fate: Part 1
The room Drae'san awoke in was quite large. The last thing he remembered was being on a ship when this large black boat overtook his ship and then he lost conciousness. There were other people in the room starting to wake up. He looked more at the room. The decorations were beautiful but not gaudy. On the walls were glass cases filled with some of the most beautiful weapons he had ever seen.
"How did I get here?" |
"I'm not sure how you got here, but I want to know how I got here too," Darius said, just waking up. He started to stand up and look around, and suddenly noticed the swords in the case. He walked over and started looking at them, not really caring how he got here for a moment as he tried to figure out if the swords were what he thought they were.
|
"Where's my horse?" Drae'san said. He checked his gear, everything was there. He stretched his muscles. The room was lit by odd squares of light in the glass cases. A click was heard and a low hum several similar squares on the ceiling flickered and slowly began to grow brighter, but not to bright.

Khakoi slowly picked herself up from the groud where she had been sleeping, "Where the hell...?" She mumbled as she checked her equipment. <Everything's still here...> "Hey," she said, addressing the other people who were in the room, "I don't suppose any of you know where the heck we are.." She trailed off after seeing the different swords in the display cases. She quickly stood up and inspected them, then looked down at her own sword in the scabbard as if she was compairing them.

"Where in the world..."
Zato rubbed the sleep from his eyes and looked around. The room looked well-furnished, though he couldn't really tell, and the walls were festooned with glass boxes holding swords of all kinds. Though he wasn't a connoisseur or a swordsmith, Zato could still tell that the blades on display were of the highest quality. He looked down at the shortsword at his waist and the dagger in his boot. They looked downright miserable in comparison, and if they were capable of speech, they would most likely have started grovelling ,"We're not worthy, we're not worthy..." But the room was not filled with just swords. There were others here as well, some who had just awoken. He sat up and patted himself down to makesure everything he had was still there. "All right, where's here and why am I here?" he said to nobody in particular. |
"You're in the museum of the Gallarasa." An even voice said. "I must start off by appologizing for seeing you all like this, but in a few moments you'll understand my predicament."
|
Meran woke up, and stood straight up. He checked his stuff. While his horse was gone, everything he'd had with him was still there.
He flicked his sword out, and didn't raise it. Better safe than sorry. "Okay. Where am I, and where did my horse go?" Last he remembered, he'd been at the city of Garan, trying to get them to ready battlements incase of a bandit attack. |
OOC: Decided that character is human if it matters
Hiro woke up with a groan and a severe headache. He woke up to hear unfalimiar voices asking questions, but fist thing he did was check if his weapon was still there. After having been knocked out, it spread around his body, but was still on him. He had it cover his right arm, then stood up and dusted himself off. He looked around the room, seeing people he never meet, in a room he has never seen before. Ugh... Last thing I remember was lying down for a nap... He though to himself, rubbing the bump on his head. |
"I believe I already answered the where part of the question." A figure moved out of the shadows. He was leaning on an Umbrella/ cane. He seemed to be wearing a weird almost reptillian armor. The face plate was without holes. Over the armor, a plain white tunic. "I do not like repeating myself, so you'll have to forgive me for not doing so."
|
"Wait, that's where we are?" He remembered that they'd been told, and looked around.
"Where's the exit. I need to get back." |
