havent seen that much of it... but as for a favorite moment.
Three words: Big Monster Donut.

Hamelin 12-16-2003 04:57 PM

That anime is how a fighting anime should be, no drawing out the fights over an entire season, something resembling a decient plot, colorful characters, and so forth.

There's better ones out there, but this one's nifty.

Krylo 12-16-2003 05:15 PM

I'm in total agreement with Hamelin on that. Very good for a fighting anime, and very entertaining. Has anyone else noticed that Hiei can NOT get into a fight without losing his shirt though?

IHateMakingNames 12-16-2003 06:30 PM

It only Hiei's first fight(When there are series of fights) that he loses his shirt... He just never gets another one...

Krylo 12-16-2003 06:32 PM

Well, his shirt/cloak. In the battle with the dragon, seiryu, coming up, he takes off his cloak to cover the tiger's head... and then in the dark tournament he has a shirt again, which is burned off in his first fight with the fire master... whatever his name is. And every fight is the same... he never ends a fight with his upper body covered.

It was a close choice between Hiei and Yuseki. Hiei kicks ass with his sword and wierd dark flame attack thing. But, you can't beat a guy that can shoot beams out of his hands, and can somehow get stronger when he gets a severe beating.

IHateMakingNames 12-16-2003 08:03 PM

The dragon flame thing kicks Yuseki's stupid little gun... And Hiei probably gets stronger as he gets beaten(I'm pretty sure it goes more pissed off = more strenght, but he doesn't get beat enough...)

Raiden 12-16-2003 08:26 PM

Except that Yuseki has beaten Hiei before, and he most likely could do it again.

IHateMakingNames 12-16-2003 08:28 PM

He won out of luck, he even admited it. All his early battles were luck, or no battle at all (Luck are Hiei and Rambo, no fight was Kurama)
