Aliens Vs. Predator RP
 

Hey, I've had a good idea, I think somebody should start up an AvP RP. I can head it, but I'd rather not. If somebody wants to be DM or whatever, just go ahead and say so. If nobody wants to though, I'll lead. Anyway, character submissions should as follows:

Race: Yautjan
Bio: Standing at 6'7", this burly Yautjan hunter loves to be the meatshield in most fights. Zieg always prefers to take the frontlines with his beloved Ki'cti'pa's and his Jehdin-Jehdin spear.

Name:Ssgt.Andrew 'Bayne' Schmidt
Race: Human, Marine
Bio: Andrew, callsign 'Bayne' stands at an easy 5'11", with messy brown hair. He has acid scars covering most of his torso, from previous experiences with the Xenomorph problem hives.

(Since I'm drawing blank mind right now, I might fix this later.)

Anyway, the races that can be used are Humans (Marines), Synthetics, Xenomorphs (Aliens), and Yautjans (Pred's)

Now, there will be only a few Yautjan's, they are just a bit too strong. If you can give me a decent reason why you should be a Pred, i'll consider it. =D

Now, please specify your 'job' for your race. For example, a Marine, You can either be a Smart Gunner, a meatshield (-Cackles-), or an officer, if you can convince me why.
For an Alien, you probably might wanna' say if you mostly hunt, tend to eggs or whatever they do in those godforsaken hives.
Pred's, just say what weapon you wish to specialize in.

They describe the Aliens and Predators, but are yet to get around to Humans and Synthetics.

Race: Xenomorph
Bio: Simply put, Zero was born into life with the only purpose to defend the hive against all intruders. If there is anything more to say about it, Zero is very skilled at killing. He walks on four legs instead of two, and is faster and more agile because of it.

hope this is good, cause i don't care if i die, i just wanna get the chance to play a xenomorph.

I love AVP2 so this should be fun.

Race:Human, Marine
Age:29
Bio: "Pulse" is a force to be reckoned with. Standing at 6' 3" tall and built like a predator, he loves going point. In fact James states that "if you can't smell the stench of an alien's breath in combat your just not having fun"
In his opinion the best way to kill anything is with a Pulse Rifle on full auto (hence his nickname).

As built as he is, a human would never get close to Pred strenght.

I have a lack of knowledge on the A vs. P universe, so what is a synthetic?

Artificial humans. More similar to robots that anything else. They are mainly used for guarding and other mechanical tasks.

So a synthetic could fight and carry a gun, but it would just be a robot without any personality? Or would it be closer to the cargo robot from the alien movies that the humans fight the aliens with, and possibly have to go h2h?

Synthetic is the big yellow crate lifter from Aliens (And Conkers Bad Fur Day). They are things piloted by humans.

If it could only be piloted by a human, it wouldn't be very fun to RP as unless you control the human controlling it. I assume it has a basic AI and standard robotic non-emotion so it can survive independantly.

Only move when humans are in them... I haven't seen all the movies, but the ones I have they are just pilot only, big robot things(And in games too). I don't know why he has it as a seperate race...
