Anti-Hadoken?
 

I thought went through my mind, Hadoken drains goodness and love from the world to fuel its power right? So there must be white magic spell with the opposite effect. A spell that takes the evil and hate from the world to fuel its holy might. You know to keep the balance in the world. Ying-Yang you know. I wonder what it would be called....hmmmm......
And what would you have to do to learn this spell? A massive dungeon from hell maybe?

I think it'd be called the Nekodah, and maybe WM will learn it sometime in the future, wonder what would happen if they cast both spells at the same time.

Neko-dah: Summons an incredibly cute, chibi-fied kitten to add cuteness and love to the universe.

A force of destructive healing that both destroys and heals at the same time with a destructive tone. Of healing.

Yes. The anti-hadoken is confusion.

A white magic spell wouldn't scare me so it could not include either.

Ultima, I would guess (Ultima counts as a White Magic spell, last time I checked).

While that pun is tempting, the White Mage wouldn't attack with kittens. She may be all pure compared to Black Mage, but she's still too jaded and sarcastic for chibi cats.

I think it would be holy, since that IS white magic but nokedah is good too

And to whoever asked what would happen, the two attacks would negate each other out with some really cool sound effects (may I point out the last episode of Trigun to those who watched it?)
