Most taijutsu users don't use to much chakra (Rock Lee, Rock Lee's teacher), so against another taijutsu ninja your character would die. Because for one, no chakra to sense. Two, seeing a punch is more effective then hearing the wind resistance against the punch.

Also, don't think that being blind makes you immune to genjutsu. Besides clones, most genjutsu targets every sense. Which reminds me, drop the Dispell (Actually called cancel). More advanced genjutsu's won't be taken away by a mere cancel (Usually the target has to break some part of their body to get out of it), and she can't see the normal illusions, she would never know when to cancel them.

Even if they don't use chakra, they still have it. Without chakra they cannot remain concious according to Kakashi, when he explains why he passed out after fighting on Naruto's first mission.

But the Uchiha's are still the only clan to posses sharigan. You probably need to alter your bio.

I know she's at a disadvantage, she's like Rock. Rock is a reject and at a disadvantage to other ninja because he cannot mold chakra. Gaara took him out of the picture.

I'm not arguing that seeing something coming at you is more efective then other methods, but it's easily possible. Your body will start to sense things at a certain range. also, as houkama stated, all ninja's have chakra, but people like Rock and Gai can't mold chakra. Chakra exists in all living things, ninja like Rock and Gai (or Guy...i'm not quite sure how to say his name). Rock Lee is unable to mold chakra at all, alot like Gai, hence why Gai taught Rock techniques like the Lotus/Primary lotus.

Also I never said i was immune, but i was under the impression some genjitsu primarily worked on one sense, even if they affected the others. i'm basing this off the anime right now, but i'm pretty sure when Naruto's team started walking around in circles taking the second part of the exam, that technique primarily relied on the eyes for fooling them.
