Mirumoto Raiden strung his bow and Cid and coyote took positions near the window. Jad stood in the center of the room.

"Fidelis noctis!" Myste sends a black globe floating into the monsters, with each one it passes through dropping to the ground, shaking apart-literally.
"Sagito Inlumis!" a thin beam of light shoots from Myst's hand, blasting through anything in it's way.
They both turn and smile at SS, not neccessarily in a pleasant manner, "Tis meant to be. It's a battle cry after all."

AB leveled her Heavy Bastard Sword at the steel door and waited for the first signs of intrusion. She was ready as light gathered into the long, broad blade.

"Lord Amon, grant me the might from the divine beyond. I am your servant...your tool...your weapon..." AB chanted, closing her eyes as the blade gathered even more power. She was holding the energy inside her body, ready to lash out the moment her comrades were in danger.

Cid threw fireballs, Coyote threw Chaos code, and M. Raiden knocked an arrow and fired it.

As Newb shot off several arrows, something caught his eye. Amongst the worlds, many would flash red and crumble or dissapear, but a few would flash green and fly off.
"Hey, when the RP Worlds turn green, does that mean that they've been completed? If so, I really hope that one of the ones I have a character in is completed soon. These video game guys are cool and all, but they're a little overpowered, and I feel sorta bad for the enemies, like I should make it fair for them or something."
He couldn't see who it was, or even be sure if it had really been said, but he thought he could hear someone saying something along the lines of "if I weren't so busy shooting, I would be glaring at you right now"

OOC: Newb...that was already explained. First chapter. And why is Newb allowed to rip out video game characters?

IC: SS smoothly reloaded his handgun, then glanced at Glitch who was setting many of the world's best snipers to shame with his reloading speed.

"Glitch, you make me into a proud father."

"Shut up and shoot."

(OOC: Because, as far as I know, Newb hasn't been in any completed RPs. So, game characters is all he has.)

Raiden charged a ball of electricity and shot it out into the army. A large crowd of the enemies were blast into various directions. Raiden smiled and clapped his hands.

"That's how you do it!"

Samoht sniffed loudly, and walked near the window. He pointed his right index finger into the arm, and a small orb of electricity appeared at the tip. With a small push, he sent the marble-sized ball soaring into the army. Raiden raised an eyebrow.

"What are you going to do with that? Poke a guy's eye out?"

Samoht smiled, and simply looked towards the sphere. When it hit the ground, it instantly grew to at least a 50 yards radius. When the light cleared, both enemy and land alike was gone. Raiden narrowed his eyes and looked at Samoht.

"You've got an inferiority complex, don't you?"

Samoht chuckled a little.

"Hey, you made me, dad. I personally blame you."

OOC: But...that isn't exactly fair to the rest of us. I mean, Link? Megaman? They'd better have none of the upgrades. Because by that logic, any of us could be whipping out Squall and unleashing Quezacotl willy-nilly.

IC: SS watched the electricity go off.

"Grow up you two."

Then he rapid-fired his gun, emptying the clip in about two seconds. As he reloaded, he said, "Besides, mass destruction lacks style."

OOC: no upgrades, just the stuff you might expect them to have between the beginning and middle of an adventure. in any case, as soon as one of my rp's is completed, I'm having their batteries run out and an actual character come help me. and i must have missed it being explained earlier, all I saw of it was that there were worlds appearing and dissapearing. I'll go back and read it now.

IC: As Newb fired, he saw megaman flickering out of the corner of his eye.
"I really hope that that wasn't what I thought it was. It would kind of stink to have their batteries fade at this point."
