I've come to a conclusion...
 

We should rule the world. Yes, we the gamers, anime enthusiasts, general posters on this site, etc... should be the ones in control. Over my years in school I've learned that only people like us have the mental capacity to handle the burden of controlling the world. Why is it that we and only we, not the football players or student council members or straight A students (not that I have a problem with any of them, in fact I've wanted to be any number of them through my life), were born to control the well being of billions? I could never figure it out, it always seemed like whenever I got two new friends (a [person I mentioned above] and a non-[person I mentioned above]) the gamer/anime enthusiast was always nicer and less ignorant. Plus, I always had more intelligent debates with them.

Sorry to be making a broad generalization here, but it's just a trend I've noticed. If you all ruled the world and each of you could contribute one law to our constitution (assuming we were starting with a clean sheat of paper) what would it be?

We dont rule the world because we spend our lives in solitude in our little corners of the world being 'better than everyone else' with our computers. That and we're poor.

'Ruling the world' is far more than being intelligent anyway... and I seriously doubt football players and student council members rule the world, much less straight a students...

I dont have one, but I have to say that it is our time to rise. There were the hippies and now there are the skater assholes. There have been waves of this sort of thing. Now is our time to rise and take over the popular culture! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Or we could just sit around, play video games, watch anime, and eat junk food. Seems like a lot less work than taking over, or even ruling the world.

Taking over the world sounds like a lot of work. I'm perfectly content with it being run by those more popular or attractive then me.

See, there's one of my points. Popularity and attractiveness is all relative.

Now, back to the question I presented:

I think one guy said that the perfect society would be run by the people with smarts, not the people with power/money. The world would be so much better if that were true. SO much better. think about it. sigh it always makes me feel happy to think about it. :)
