Battle formations:

2x2: Shinpai and Sithis back each other up. Shinpai would close in, while Sithis acts as long range support. Shinreiku and Kyocho would then team up, as both compliment each other enough in terms of plain taijustu to fight together, while each could easily help set the other up for the clan abilities.
1x3: Shinpai again close in, but Sithis is backed up by both Shinreiku and Kyocho.
3x1: A close combat situation where Shinpai, Shinreiku, and Kyocho charge in with Sithis as support.
2x1x1: A travelling formation, Shinreiku and Kyocho in front, Sithis in the middle because he can react quickly to either the front or side, and Shinpai is in back to guard the rear.
Pyramid: Shinpai, Shinreiku, and Kyocho all guard Sithis as Sithis unleashes a long range jutsu.

This will all have to be after Sithis gets a bigger variety of ninjutsu, but that shouldn't take long.

As long as this is in a lose formation it should be fine. Tight formations tend to get easily trapped. Naruto Spoiler Jiroubi's clay prison trapping Shikimaru's five man team.

Ecurt, first you should bring up these formations in the RP sometime (just to justify our knowing them), and second, look again at your traveling formation. Shinpai can't be in two places at once. He had to give up that skill :p

Would it be ok to asume Naharu is the first of the Shinreiku clan to be in the konoha genin academy?
