The Saki bar was a small and dirty place. Only a few of the Lion samurai sat in here and they kept to themselves.

Hideki walked into the saki bar and sat down at one of the larger tables, which probably had enough room for the whole group. It had been a long time since he'd had saki, so this was actually kind of a welcome little experience that was going on while they were waiting. He just had to remember to not drink too much before they left the bar, he didn't want to get in trouble with the Lions when they had so many guards around.

"So everyone, what do you think is going to happen once we actually get up to that shrine? With all the Lions around here, you'd think something happened up there."

Ryoushuken hobbled in for no other reason than to get out of the rain and snow. It was hard for him to be thirsty when he was already soaked to the bone, and he didn't particularily enjoy alcohol, anyway. It tended to dull his mind and cause problems. Besides, it didn't taste nearly as good as milk or even water.

He still made his way to the table Hideki had gone to, and sat down, however. There was no point in standing or being anti-social. That didn't mean he had an answer to Hideki's question, though, and so he just remained silent.

Besides, he was a bit shy among people he didn't know, and he didn't even know the other ronins' names yet. This would be a good chance to observe them and learn a bit about them.

Tsubasa decided to be the first to comment. It might be a nice change of pace if she actually presented her opinion every once in a while. "I hope not. It either means that we'll have more work to do when we get there...or that they're doing the work that god commanded us to do in the first place." She spoke quietly so that her voice didn't leave the table.

Matt finished off the jug he had started on the boat and set it down on the table. He rummaged through his person and began pulling other emtpy containers out. Motioning to an attendant he leaned in. "Mind filling these up?" He pushed the jars out of the way and joined the debate.

"I don't think it will be too much trouble. As long as we keep Master of the Waves in check and keep our heads down, don't bother anyone, we can't really get into much trouble. And if Osano-wo shows up, he'll be able to explain things better than we can."

Zenko took a seat nearby. He had no intention to drink or talk, like he had been the rest of this trip.

Tenshi shook out his hair again, then sat down, "Personally, I'm none too happy about that many lions. We...tend to differ on views a bit." He kept his voice low, working to not be noticed, which wasn't aided by his stark red hair.
Tenshi looks over to Ryoushuken and smiled pleasantly, "I'm curious, what all can you do? I've, well, never learned much in the way of magic, but I'd be interested in learning. I apologise if I've been to bold in asking, as we are mostly strangers."

Ryoukushen looked at Tenshi, a bit surprised that he was actually being addressed, but he quickly regained himself, and answered the question, "Oh... I can not do much. I can merely heal wounds and defend myself a bit, but that is only thanks to the kami."
