Hmm I used Photoshop CS, and for the outlines I used the pen tool. ^^ Glad you liked the shiney picture.

Thank you Khael, I avoided drawing anime entirely because I intend on doing this kind've stuff as a career. While anime may be fun to draw it is an artistic deadend and it'll never be taken seriously in the job field, except in Japan and such..even then theres so much that it's a flooded market to nowheresville. Plus theres only so far anime can go visually until it hits a plateau. It all ends up looking the same in the end. Big eyes, cut and paste facial expressions, etc.

But yes, I edited my previous entry to have the most up to date version of Finnigen.

Just a little thing I noticed, the left (or his right) eye has a distinctness to it that does not match the other one. It almost looks like the left is sorrowful and the right one glaring and kinda looking off in a different direction, almost like a lazy eye. It's easier to see when you split the face and look at each half.
But other then that, it has a very nice look to it overall, nice job! ^.^

Touched up his eyes and foreleg so it'd have a knee. Yup, thanks for pointing out the eyes Pat.
