Why thank you, person who has absolutely nothing to do with the project at all!

This is actually a collaboration between me and my sister's boyfriend, Doug, but I did much of it. He mostly did the face and the general shape of the legs.

Its true, we've tried. There can't be two. It just doesn't work.

Cross section with the skeleton, and a picture of my friend Sebastian as he was sitting fifth period.

There's such a huge difference in quality, I find it hard to believe, but if it's true... good for you. You've improved with bounds.

Now the challenge is to keep up that quality, dude.

EDIT: I was, of course, talking about the first drawing.

Part of it is that Doug is really freakin' good, but I have gotten surprisingly better after watching how he draws and stuff. My anatomy and faces and stuff, etc...

I was bored, so I drew a panda (with reference of course).

Enjoy.

All this job hunting has put me behind in drawing and commenting. And there's so much that's been posted!

Savage Thinking - (in response to my Link drawing earlier) Yeah, I think that's the first time I've ever drawn a curvy girl ass. I don't even know how, since I wasn't TRYING that hard.
(in response to your drawings) I always love your bold way of drawing. Although the earlier one where his head is not attached to his body really throws me off for some reason. I know it's a style thing, but it gets me every time. Also, nice Panda. ^^

Celes - Very nice. I really like how you do the eyes.

Batgirl - Very cool superheroes. I love your black and white work. Do you use a pen, or a sharpie?

Mauve - Very very awesome. I really like the coloring you did on it. I'm envious! Great clothing and pose and everything. (if you can't tell, I really like it ^^ )

TDK - Very nice, I can see you are improving. Watching your friend draw must really help. ^^

In my spare time between looking for a job, I've been playing Windwaker again. It is awesome.

This really happened. Well, it said something like that when I scooped up some water, and that was the first thing I thought of.

Many thanks for the comment CJ. To answer your question, it depends on the drawing and how fine the details are, but I usually use a combination of Sharpies (big ones), a nice size 0.8 Prismacolor pen and sizes 0.7, 0.5, 0.3 and 0.1mm Staedtler Pigment Liner pens.

As specific and fancy as those sound, I honestly just picked out what was on sale at the art store. However, the Prismacolor is one of my favorite pens and really gives me a crisp line. I use it mostly for outlining since it's a bigger tip. The 4 set of pens are mostly for details like crosshatching or smaller pieces. The sharpies are big, so I use them to fill in big spaces of ink.
