Oh snap, it's good to see Skweeb back. I can't wait to see how that picture looks when it's done.
Doc ock, I'm loving the design but I think some of the folds look kinda misplaced erasing some of them would help immensely. Also, that is a quite the interesting angle to draw something at. I decided to mess around with skin tones. http://i35.tinypic.com/301kk61.png |

Heh, nice drawings Phil. I like your style. Its very cartoony without looking stupid.
And they're funny, too. :D |
Theeshades - Very nice. I really like the outfit and how you did that female black mage. The background seems kind of off though, just because generally, I've noticed, that using actual photos for backgrounds just kind of throws off the style of the picture. I've done it plenty of times, so it probably sound hypocritical, but I try not to because of the reason stated above. Still really nice work. =D
Doc Ock - 1st pic: Crazy angle. I rather like his costume and I like his hand a lot, for some reason. Are you going to be adding a background, out of curiousity? 2nd pic: an American spartan ninja samurai viking cyborg Teenage guy with a flaming sword? I approve so hard. I love his sword too. Skweeb - Nice to have you back! Another great work. Lovin' that 'stache. Savage Thinking - Nice skin tones. I rather like the little ball of light in the background (the sun, perhaps?) Celes - Amazingness in a sketchy form. I like your colors. I must study how you draw facial features. Phil - More amusingness! I still don't get any of them, but they still make me laugh. Anyway, slacking on everything else I should be doing, I'm working on a super-secret project. It's part of a birthday present for one of my friends. Her favorite character is Kakashi, so I decided to draw him. I'm going to do it completely traditionally. I.e. inking with pen, coloring with prismacolors. Absolutely no digitalness involved. It's been so long since I've tried something like that outside of art class. http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/9710/foralliecp1.jpg Considering how not-often I draw Kakashi, I'm fairly pleased with it. |
