"Nah, its fine. I can move like this" Richard said and looked around after Magnus and the other. "We will have to get into a safer position after they get back. Someplace where theres no way to observ us. Who is he by the way?" Richard said and pointed at the man.

"So you upgrade weaponry. Alright then, lets see you make these pistols fire faster." Ven said as he held out both his pistols, handle first. "Try anything and I promise you you will have no ability to make children."

Jo was staring at her laptop screen grimly. "Uh, Guys? We've got a problem. This island has some pretty advanced technology on it, and to put it simply it's blocking my signal." She looked up. "I don't think whoever is here wants us to leave."

She looked at the man, she didn't trust him. "No thanks, I'm fine with what I've got."

Magnus dragged himself to where the others were, carrying some shotgun shells and some rifle clips.

"Listen, these freaks aren't out only problem. They have snipers, and they shot all the good ammo with silenced shots, namely the incinerary grenades and and my babies, the .357. I got what shotgun and rifle ammo I could carry, and Will was right behind me with handgun rounds, probably around 200 of 'em. Wait, who the hell is he?!?!"

The man turned to Magnus.

"I've got no beef with you, StranGer. I just like money, is all. I'm good at fixing things up, increasing a few things...."

Magnus whipped out the Killer 7.

"Ok, then let's see what you can do with this one..."

The merchant took his .357 and looked at it.

(OOC Note - Merchants also increase overall firepower.)

"This is a fine gun you've got here. How about more bang for your bullet?"

Magnus smiled.

"Now you're speaking my language."

Jay had wrapped the jacket around his leg wound. "You all know how weird this is, right? A guy walking out of the woods, offering to upgrade our weapons... It's like some stupid plot device." Jay held his ACPs out towards the stranger in the trenchcoat. "Here, you could upgrade the ammo capacity of these, just come over here and get'em. I don't want to get up just yet."

"SNIPER!?" Richard shouted and jumped behind a tree and used his rifle to scout the area for the named sniper. "Damn, everyone get cover. Snipers are really dangerous. We should move into a different location." He said.

The merchant handed him the Killer 7, and Magnus smiled that sinister grin he's only smiled once before, when he's first gotten the Killer 7.

"Yeah, this is what I'm talkin' about! Ok, now let's figure out where we can go and lay low...."

The merchant grinned as he looked at the APC's,"Sure I can increase their ammo capacity." He then took the two APC's and turned around, you could hear noises of little machinery. He then turned back around and handed them back to Jay, "There ya go. Good as new and better then ever."

The growl grew even louder.

Jo closed her laptop, and looked up. "Does anyone else hear that sound besides me?"

"You mean the guy talking, or the growl?" Will asked, looking around nervously.

Shoot, I don't like this. Crazed villagers, snipers, Jo's signal being blocked.

"I'm starting to think we've been set up. Isn't it just a little to handy for there to be crazies and a sniper waiting for us on a random island?" Will said.

Will looked at the merchant, but was nervous about giving up his shotgun at a time like this. Still, he thought, might as well. He seems to be on the level.

"Can you increase the ammo capacity of this?" Will asked, handing over his shotgun. He drew his handgun, and continued to scan the area, trying to figure out where the growl was coming from.
