It has been four months since Jack, or Alpha as the brotherhood called him, was captured. No one is sure what happened to him. However they do know one thing, the Brotherhood found out what they wanted. Mere weeks after his capture a second wave appeared, far more powerful then the first one that created the "supers". The city of Loton however was mostly destroyed.

Many more supers appeared, some more lucky then others. Some were mutated by the wave and their powers developed far too quickly. Others were lucky and gained powers their body could handle. Those that were affected by the first wave gained enhanced powers...those that survived.

The Brotherhood of Neo Genis rebuilt the city. It is now the center of their empire. Their minions have begun conquering all other nations and forcing the normals into slavery. They also have gained small control on those who were driven to bloodlust, despite the fact they view them as inferior supers.

At the same time the Guild of Protectors also gained a recruitment spike and does what it can to stop the Brotherhood. Unfortunately in a matter of months the Brotherhood has control over the Northeast of the US as well as two Canadian providences.

Powers
You will have powers such as enhanced speed, strength, endurance, energy shields, energy blasts, super speed, energy sencing, energy concealment, and flight. Your character will not have all of these powers and the more they have the weaker they are. Like I said for perspective you will be early-mid dragonball in ability. So you cant blow up cities, bullets will hurt just not kill. But those who were changed by the first wave will have more power(s).

I ask former member to post new profiles. You can be a mutant but there are some rules. Mutants have a single power that was excellerated beyond control. Say strength was over developed, you would be a hidious hulk like creature. You will be shunned by society and the Brotherhood. You may also play a character that developed a mental disorder from the change.

Aero may I re use my charecter? Because really if I didn't use him I would make someone almost exactly the same powers and mentality. If you do let me keep him what things should I add for the after the second wave?

This is a sequel to the first thread. So everyone can reuse their old characters. Now you can gain new powers or just enhance your old ones. I really dont care, no non-NPC will be over powering. But like the old one, focusing all on one power will make that single power great. You know more powers, the weaker each is.

Would it possible for Cedric to gain a special ability since his entire charecter is based on energy? Also how much stronger is he now?

Side: Against the brotherhood but ever since the massacre Cedric hasn't worked well with otheres
Powers:First wave enhanced powers Ki blast, Energy shield, Flight (Ki blast and Energy shield strongest but flight still strong)
Bio:Cedric's parents were Mystics. They believed in the energy of the world in the body. As a result Cedric also grew up a mystic. His parents also believed in the strength of the body so along with meditation and other mystic arts he has been a martial artist his whole life. When his powers emerged Cedric and his parents were overjoyed at what they thought was the finding of all Mystics age long search for power of the mind. Cedric is always working at improving his control of energy. During the massacre Cedric faught until he fell exhausted onto the ruins of a building. Cedric woke up to find that his parents were ruthlessly slaughtered and all of his friends had died. Cedric attained a haunted look in his eyes and he forced himself into total seculsion to train himself to destory this evil empire. Just currently Cedric has finished his training and has come into the open to start his war with the brotherhood.

assuming he trained to gain a special power, sure he can have one.

But since Cedric was in the original RP, I would expect you to mention your first run in with the Brotherhood, or your knowledge of Jacks capture, torture, and death.

Aero could Cedric control his energy blasts after he launches them I'm thinking a helzone grenade special attack. Also how much more powerful is he now?

Appearance: about 5'3", has dirty blonde hair that is kept short, she has purple eyes, and she usually wears a pair of black leather boots that come up a little past her ankles, a red spegetti strap shirt and a pair of kaiki shorts that hang on her hips so that her midrif is almost always showing, she wears a necklace with a pentagram on it, a bracelet with a charm shaped like a dragon, and a ring on her right hand.

Bio: she's a highschool dropout and a punk/tomboy, when she turned 13 she had started to run away from home. Her parents tried to keep her at home but when she turned 15 she got her powers, and with them she left and flew to a completely different area and they finally gave up on her. She used to wander around doing whatever the heck she wanted to, but when the brotherhood came to the city she lived in and started enslaving all the normals, she traveled to Loton to try to find out what the heck was going on.

That good? I am going to pretend that I never started on the last one, so I don't know anybody, kay?

I cant find the sign-up thread so my bio is gone... and there is no change too my guy instead of his new power (he was in first wave) is superspeed.

Bio: After the first wave Victor trained as hard as he could because he felt he didnt help mcuh when the first wave came. Not having to be an officer anymore he had much more free time to train and fight with the Guild of protectors against the Brotherhood. He now lives on his own or stays with the Guild of Protectors. He doesnt know what happened to the supers he met during the first wave but sees them off and on.

Appearance: He looks slim, but strong enough to throw a punch. He wears a leather jacket with bluejeans and a black t-shirt, his face gives u the idea that he would backstab you for a nickel.
Side: Guild (He does it more on his own than with the guild.
Powers: First wave enchanced powers:enchanced/super speed, flight. Level one powers: energy blast, energy consealment, and enrgy sense.
Bio: For the last few months, Blake has been trying to figure out what the hell happened to Jack. He needed some moves that could hide his powers, so he found someone to teach him energy consealment, along with energy sense. He is a bit battle scarred now for trying to take on some of the stronger brotherhood alone. He has offered a job with Zell, and has even taught him how to move fast, in return for some help with a bank heist. He isn't part of the guild, but he is friends with some of the people in it. He has also made a wealthy donation with funds from questionable sources, so they helped him train a bit too.
