I was doing some thinking, and I starting to remember some of the fun things we used to do here. Such as the Ninja age when about half of the posters started putting "Ninja" somewhere in their names? And also those stories about Geico the Gecko. No one ever did find out what happoned to her.

I really liked those "NPF Island" threads in Off Topic. Not only did we get to see how forumites envision themselves, but it was fun to see how those characters interacted. Even though I didn't do much, I still had fun with it.

Oldschool.

I could sit here and ponder days of old, EZboard style. But I won't.

I too remember the trends, like the Ninja one and the Jellybean one. Where everyone would have their username changed to suit a subject and their picture/signature accordingly. (It worked much better when we could have picture signatures.)

Oh ye gods, I remember that one. I took so much flak during that. That was pretty much the only trend I didn't like. That was just after I started blac....asking Inev to make my avatars.


Speaking of which, he hasn't been around since the move here.

I still look at this thread from time to time, and it never fails to bring a smile to my face.

course we also have the constant BM themed names, think we once had a fighter spike too. Course I think the best things happen in the RP forum, that and sometimes animation posts pump out some memorable crap

I remember that one time, where Flarecobra posted this thread about forum memories and... wait...

Anyway, the fondest memory I have on this forum is just after I signed up and discovered the 8-bit ebooks. They really are quite convenient.

My favorite forum memories would have to be the older days of RPing. ^^ Most of the RPers don't even have to ask what I mean when I say "FFrp" (especially the Omakes)

And even the OLD old days of RPing (back on "The Webcomics Forum" (I think that was it's name) I remember laughing out loud while RPing in some of those.

I remember Perdition's Tale myself. And Cyber Wars. It's been around practically since the birth of the current NPF.

I remember the old days of Calvinball when it used to be funny and everyone took it as a joke. I still remember the SAAM vs Bob dance off...and the Lord of the Rendirs. ^_^
