"Oh come on, your a knight, think about it. Cid handpicks a bunch of people to save princess, he comes back saying princess is dead, but the princess isn't dead, and all of the handpicked people are here, and will say that Cid is lying. Then we can go to the castle, find anyone besides Cid, the princess' care taker would be the best choice, and prove this is the real princess. Or would you rather risk it and possible kill the real thing?"

The knight stopped for a second, thinking it over, "But... how do we know that you are the ones he took with him? It is only public knowelege that he took a group with him. There is hardly any information on who exactly he took with him..."

"Cmon Lynx, you know these dudes are brainless dolts. Born brainless, live brainless...why do you think Cid picked them to go look for us? Heck, they probably can't even fight their way outta a paper sack, just like Cid" Jude said. He took one last long drink from his pint jar, then brought the non-bladed side of his spear hurtling up into the chin of the nearest gaurd, which knocked him out.

He grabbed the pint and lobbed it at the face of the moron trying to kill Cesia, and that exploded quite nicely into glass, knocking him out too.

Jude spun the spear around and stood at battle ready mode.

"Ya know, I don't really think we'll need another guy, we can handle ourselves."

"Take us to the castle, and let us check the records. It would have been recorded in an important mission like this. If the records are gone, I think that still supports my arguement, since it means Cid would have ordered them destroyed, and is trying to hide the evidence. And again, we can prove that this is the real princess, and then she can testify." Then Lynx saw Jude. "Please ignore that idiot..."

"You, catboy, are a moron." Gin said and implanted the blunt end of the naginata in the knights crotch. He kicked the knight into another and then clobbered another upside the head. "Talking in a fight is a good way to end up dead especially when they can make money off your corpse."

Lynx grabbed his staff, chanted a spell, and struck Gin in the leg. It froze in place, covering Gin's entire leg. "You. Shut up." Then he turned to the knights. "Now, shall we talk?"

Gin flared his black hand and disolved the spell and he struck Lynx in the teeth with the blunt end of his staff. "Try that again and I'll have your head."

Lynx again chanted, and swung his staff, hitting the ground next to Gin. The ground shook, and the floor around Gin broke apart, sending him into the basement. "Idiot..." Lynx started chanting his next spell, just incase.
