its obvious that batman is greater than superman. a simple reading of dark knight returns or Justice League: Tower of Babil, or even Superman: Red Son (Where batman lost only because of that stupid russian hat he wore.) will tell you that!

I think it's been proven that Batman cannot lose a fight. No matter what, he always finds a way to win. Even Supes is scared of him (which says a lot). Like Viper says, Dark Knight Returns. End of story.

Christian Bale (you know, the crazy guy in Reign of Fire) is playing batman in the next movie. I'm disappointed already. Blarg, he looks like such a tool.

Halle Berry playing catwoman shouldn't be too bad, I guess.

I dont know. Batman could very well win every fight but only when given enough time to prepare. There are several people that could beat Batman if they were to meet for the first time. Wolverine, for example, could very well kill Batman for the simple fact that Batman is ignorant of Wolvies healing factor. Doctor Doom has the added bonus of being the second most powerful sorceror. Captain America has the slightest of edges over Batman being that he is older, has more battle experiance, and will not hesitate to kill. It becomes a different story when Batman knows his enemies and is prepared to take em out.

Does anyone remember that stupid marvel vs. dc crossover thing they did a few years back? They had Batman vs. Captain America. Batman won. It wasn't even a good fight. Wolverine vs Lobo was stupid too. It was all of three panels long. Grr. Stupid crossover event that don't do anything.
