(ooc: The way she hit after her dropped she shouldn't have been moved at all, since there was no neck brace in place lifting her by the back of her neck near her trapezius muscles would kill her. She should have recieved medical attention not an interrogation. So an accidental death occured, I knew it wasn't your intent but it happens.)

The hallway meld disappeared into is the same as he saw it, the left leading to a small gaurd station which is empty now, while the right is a long path leading to an elevator.

Geos 04-11-2005 10:25 PM

“Fine, lets get a move on, dragon you take point, by the way, I was able to patch up Chain Smoker, and before I gave her a sedative she said that she would never help us. I’m paraphrasing of course she said allot worse, but that sedative should keep her out for a while…I hope”

Raiden:
"Well if thats all the questions you wanted to ask I should probably get started on running some tests on you. After all if we just sit around your liable to be picked up by the people who got to you're brother. I'll just go get the gaurd so that we can get started." He gets up and begins moving to the door.

Raiden 04-14-2005 09:27 AM

When the man turned his back, he felt the muzzle of a stungun being pressed up to the back of his head.

"Thanks for the heads up about the gaurds. I'll be leaving now."

Meld dug into the man's pockets, and fished out a security pass. It would most likely get him past the doors. The gaurds wouldn't be much of a problem.

"Night night."

Meld pulled the trigger of the stungun, blasting the scientist with it.

TheBlindMime 04-14-2005 02:26 PM

raiden:
The scientist fell with a satisfying thud right after the stun blast discharged. Before meld could even move a side door by the cages opens and a scientist enters, he looks quite familiar for a moment. Upon closer inspection it appears to be the exact same man. "Now why would you go and do a thing like that, we only wish to learn from you. You probably destabilized his entire main frame and erased his hard drive" The new scientist's head tilts to his shoulder and his eye's flicker back and forth for a moment. "The gaurds have been alerted to your disobediance and you shall be dealt with immediately. Those cards in your hands are now worthless as well, as our mine. Any attempt to phase, open or force your way out of this room will be met with dire consequences as well. The gaurds will be here momentarily, why don't you be a good little specimen and get back in your cage." The door shuts and locks behind him. He stands there with a look of agression on his face with cold hollow eyes.

group:
You've all reached the end of the hallway now, the elevator has one button on it, pointing downward. The oddity about it is that it appears this button has not been pressed in a very long time. For a place like this thats so sterile and clean it just seems unfitting that the down button has dust all arround it. If you had a spidey sense this would be the point at which it would tingle.

*A closer inspection of the door will yield: The door has a scanner inset into the door at about adult eye level, that appears to register when a card is run across it. Yet one has to wonder if the dust isn't just a setup for a trap connected to the card that will convieniently be on Chainsmoker. Paranoia runs rampant on a base built by the paranoid.*

Geos 04-14-2005 05:32 PM

Geos walks into the elevator and takes a close look at the control panel. Every standard button seems to be in place, emergency stop, the re-start button even the contact phone. Something seems odd none the less.

Raiden 04-14-2005 07:55 PM

(OOC: You REALLY don't want me leaving the room, do you?)

The gaurds rushed into the room, and raised their weapons at Meld. Meld raised his own hands, and gave a small smile.

"Hey, can't blame a guy for trying."

Meld walked backward slowly, and got back into his holding cell. As he sat down, he started thinking about the others.

Come on, guys. Where the hell are you!

Geos 04-14-2005 11:43 PM

“Ah interesting” Geos takes a deep breath and breaths an open breath upon the, what appeared to be dusty button.

TheBlindMime 04-14-2005 11:48 PM

there appears to be a fingerprint present on the elevator door button.

Geos 04-15-2005 12:10 AM

“Occam's Razor: And with all the solutions I present to you the simplest one will inevitably be the correct one.” Geos Giggled and smiled as he looked at the rest of the group….no one was laughing. “well regardless we now know that the button is the most likely solution. So whenever you guys are ready we can go”
