What world are we talking about here?

They aren't dead. The idea is that this is an army on the move (hence big RM's point) and some of them have chosen Superman style poses.

Silly RM trying to apply 4-dimensional logic to a 3-dimensional universe.

how exactly would this help them though. with infinite space wouldn't things just be filling up forever?

I liked the little touch in the last part of RM speaking, where the speech bubble connected to both of the frames of RM.

So, it's like the predestination paradox in Bob and George? You know, where George travels back in time to find out why he didn't die, and it turns out he didn't die because he went back in time?

Anyways, they have an army now, but what the heck are they going to do with it? They're trapped in infinite nothingness, they have nothing to overrun!

I've never found there to be anything paradoxical about causal loops. It's nonintuitive, but if reality was intuitive, you'd be able to make heat by splitting ice.

It's also like all those paradoxes in the Terminator movies.

In any case: best episode ever.
