Wow, can't believe I actually got first post on this 1/2 an hour after the comic came out...

I much prefer Red Mage's reaction [to] what Thief actually did. I'd convict Thief.

Edit: Alright, I lied. The spell itself was pretty funny. I still don't like Thief.

You can't convict Thief. He'd talk his way out of it. Plus he's got an inate awesomeness factor.

New theory! That faux spell is written on a book page... perhaps Theif, not having BM or Fighter's skill with xenolinguistics, stole it from the evil oblivion cultists? Which would suggest something evil written upon it only to be discovered when Fighter finds it and reads it later, unleashing the dark horrors at the edge of our universe's light to swarm across reality and end all that ever was or will be in a moment of pain that seems eternal?

When I saw the fighter spite, I just burst out laughing. There was no reason to, but it just struck some inane humor bone and made me laugh. The rest of the comic had me in the ER room.

Well everyone's showing their personal character traits again. What would be funny is if that armor was really effective. I just wonder why Thief is selling them at such a low price. And he ought to have sold an ice sword too, cos Fighter likes swords. :)

he's selling them at a low price so he can scalp them later with legal fees. Isn't it obvious? He's used his ultra super fine script and engraved his name as owner on the armor, written his name as owner on the spell, he's going to turn around a sue them for 50 times what they're worth. *nods sagely*

Will Thief try and sell BM ice pie? Or will RM, armed with his new spell, test the Snowball's-Chance-In-Hell-Theory?
