Inuyasha Style RP Chapter 3: The Demon Hunter
 

OOC: I decided now is a better time than any to make the next thread.

IC: "Then if you honestly have no quarrel with me, may I have my staff back? And who is this man you speak of that hired you? If he forced you, I wouldn't use the word 'hired' exactly." The man seems to drop his guard a little, though it is a tad bit hard to tell.

Azusa blocked an upward strike but was blinded by another flash. The sword of his enemy came through the dazzling light and sliced cleanly through the half-demon's neck, beheading him without pain.

(OOC: I liked Azusa too much to leave him to your hands. I'd rather end his life than let you butcher him. Proceed.)

OOC: awwww I would have liked having a conflict with Azuza again :(

Tossing the staff towards the man Helemon said "Sure, here". Walking over as the breeze rustled through the clearing Helemon sat down and leaned against a tree. Raising his hand to his forehead Helemon rubbed his temples from a blinding headache. "Let's see the man, (Since I can't find any description of him lets just say Helemon described his appearance), also I could feel that he had a Jewel shard on him." Taking out the empty potion bottle Helemon stared through the glass, and then lowered the bottle and continued speaking "He also gave me this, I don't what it is but it gave me a tremendous boost in power".

OOC: Actually, I was just waiting for you to resume the battle. Though if you want to leave go ahead.

IC:"Actually friend, this is another one of the fox demon's tricks." A voice said. When everyone looked around, it was the man that Helemon just described. "Demon hunter, I am Shazu, the Alchemist. I am sure you have heard that name before, and as a friend of the demon hunters I must warn you that I have been watching the battle and I am surprised at the illusions you are falling for."

The demon hunter listened to the words in a strange manner. The name Shazu struck a memory of not long ago. Considering a couple of trainees got into trouble outside and they said a man by the name Shazu helped. The demon hunter grabbed his staff and made a shield with it instantly. "Honestly I have no idea who to trust, so for now I trust no one." The demon hunter gave a glare at everyone, then went into a full defensive position. Though he definitly wouldn't attack, attacking him could be fatal.

Yura was standing off to the side, her hands on her head and looking off at nowhere. She was quite bored, only half paying attention to the conversation between Katsuki and the demon hunter. When the alchemist appeared she glanced at him for a moment and then looked away again. She dropped her arms and began swinging them in a very chilish way. Then when she grew to a peak of boredom she sat down crosslegged and started controling singular strands of her hair, killing individual bugs on the ground as she saw them. She grew bored with this then stood up again, sighing.

Katsuki looked grimly at Shazu, before walking towards the tree his sword was stuck onto.

[Do I get to notice anything weird on him?]

Casey found the town and noticed small debire around and two figures that look like there fighting each other.

"Now now, no need to get all defensive." Shazu said, then walked over towards Helemon. Then in a faint whisper "Here take this. Throw it at the demon hunter as soon as I break the shield." Then Shazu walks over towards the demonhunter. Then in blinding speed, Shazu wipes out three potions and throws them at the shield. The lightning bolts of the shield hit the potions, and the potions explode, causing a wall of ice to appear.

(I asked whether I could see anything weird on Shazu.)

Katsuki had just pulled out his sword when he heard Shazu's words. He moved quickly behind the alchemist, holding his neck with his arms and his swords. "You'd better not move or I'll cut off your head. Now tell us what's going on.
