32XX - Stage 1
 

In the eastern mountains of the north continent, a small group of Resistance members were arriving at a small, recently built Outpost. An old, run down laboratory was found inside of the mountains, and three Reploid hunters were sent to make sure the base was protected while being built. After a month of construction, the base was built at the base of the mountain, a little over a half a mile away from the entrance to the lab, which was half a mile up in the mountains.

Those three Hunters, along with several guard Reploids, waited inside of the base, waiting for a Freija. She was one of the top scientist in the Resistance, and her two guards, Shade and Schadwe. She was being sent to investigate the ruins, to see if she could find out what this lab was for, and if there is any data which could be of use to the Resistance.

The transport room was large, and filled with wires and glass tubes. The three Reploids were watching the room from a room connecting to the transport area, separated by a glass wall. A bright light blinded them for a moment, meaning someone must’ve teleported to the room. Once they could see, the saw Shade for a moment, before he disappeared in front of their eyes. Soon after, another bright light blinded them, this time from Shade going back to the main Resistance base in Reploidolis. Again, another bright light blinded them, and three Reploids stood inside of the glass teleporting tubes.

Meanwhile…

Atop of a cliff in the mountains, three Mavericks stood at the cliff’s edge, looking down at the Resistance outpost. One of them radioed in to the Maverick base, calling for a pre-made transport chopper filled with battle robots to come to their location. Once it arrived, the Mavericks would attack and destroy the outpost.

OOC: Couldn't think of any crap to make up for the Mavs, thats why they get short thing...

Like the naive and cheerful idiot he was, Lock waved at the newly teleported reploids.

"Welcome to our humble abode sir!"

Vile watched the beams fly from the sky and into the base. <They already have teleportaion tubes set up, the're pretty far along in building this base. That just means it will be a bigger blow against the Resistance when it is destroyed...> Vile thought, then he turned back to the other two and said in a gruff voice, "What is the ETA for our troops? The sooner we strike the better."

Uriel stood up and walked to the edge of the cliff beside Vile. If he had ahd the slightest bit of compassion for his former comrades, he might have felt a twinge of pity for them for what they were about to do.

But that was Dante. He was Uriel now. He noticed Vile turn back to face them.

"It matters little when they arrive. We will be enough for them. The fodder will only serve to distract them for us."

He looked at the base and focused his vision further in.

"I reckon there are three new Reploids in the base, judging by the teleport signatures. We might need those battle robots afetr all."

"That is why I asked. We are more than enough for anything they can throw at us, but superior numbers are nothing to sneeze at. I would rather not spend a week being repaired when there is work to be done at other outposts." Vile replied.

As Shade's glass tube's door opened, he slowly disappeared from everyones sight. Quickly getting out of the room, he began searching the entire outpost, seeing how secure it was.

"Grr..talk is cheap, Gutx can smash anything they got...forget troops..." Gutx Man said. All the waiting was getting to him, and even the boulders he had crushed were not a good enough stress reliever.

"We'll wait a little longer Gutx, but we should probably knock out some of the base defences before the troops get here, so when they report in that they're close, we can start our attack." Vile said.

Pelc, sitting in a chair, got up and walked to window and stared, almost impatiently, at something. He put his arms behind his back and just stood there.

OOC: Your guy can't see that far... You would need zoom in eyes kinda things to be able to see that far, and as far as the bios went, I was the only one with them...
