most useless race
 

I say Kobold. I mean c'mon most vermin and types of snake have a higer CR then them.

I would say goblin, but seeing as how only the DM was able to prevent 20 of them from killing my 1st level halfling fighter by making them attack an ettercap instead, I have to admit that they have strength in numbers. Kobold it is.

Most useless race... gnomes. I mislike gnomes. Big-nosed annoying alchemical bastards who kidnap noble ladies and breed them with ogres to create a secret half-ogre army.

...Goblins. They have one use in every fantasy world... and that's being legion and still getting slaughtered. No matter what. Three hundred goblins vrs A hobbit, a wizard, and a few dwarves? The hobbit, wizard and dwarves win. (That would be from The Hobbit, by the way.)

I don't know, a large herd of goblins can devestate a small band of 1st level characters. For me it would've been 20 goblins and an orc, but fortunately I rolled a natural 20 and lopped off the orc's head with my vorpal kukri.

Well, you were a level one halfling. Enough rats could have killed you. They're goblins for godsake. Had you been level 3 you probably would have trounced them.

Fortunately, a randomly placed elephant saved the day, and then choked on it's own trunk. Later I bought 100 hunks of cheese for 10 gp and threw them at dwarves. I had to by them all drinks to calm them down.

Humans have no purpose as a race except to fill in large geographical gaps. They can have purposes as individuals, but not as a race.

Gnomes. All they manage to accomplish is blowing themselves, their allies, small villages, and mountains up. Nothing of any use to any society.

Not to mention they tend to be the most intolerant, selfish and racist bastards around.
