Y'know, I just did a quick headcount, and the total number of trainers (that is, pure trainers and Battle Masters) is the same as both Slayers and Pokebrids (Pokebrids and Legion Mages).

Bond villains, no matter what intentions they have,
always lose. Because they say something retarded like "And now you die, Mr. Bond". It doesn't matter whether or not they want to: they can't help themselves. So if you're a Bond villain, you're going to lose.
Also, Pierce has Enmakki. And Enmakki is evil mastermind enough for both of them. An evil mastermind who wants Impact grow into a big bad for Pierce to defeat, or an evil tyrant for Pierce to overthrow.
An evil mastermind who can fuck people's dreams without them knowing, who will never show any indication of being an evil mastermind to anyone except Pierce, and who can't be stopped by Impact's mind control. Why doesn't Enmakki aim to make himself evil tyrant? For one, Pierce is human, so it'd be easier for him to gain support. For another, why should Enmakki bother himself with the day-to-day tediousness of running the world when he can just corrupt some poor fool into doing it for him?
