I've been doing research for a culinary arts project. The subject is of all things lettuce and how it goes from seed to head and then from farm to store. From seed to head was easy enough to find but I seriously cannot find anything about what goes into the journey from farm to store. If anyone can find something on this it would be much appreciated.
