Kindly inform him that you can make sure he NEVER gets critical calls, and that as dispatch, you can give him the most asinine tasks possible.
If it's in your ability, request extra paperwork. If you have friends at different positions, have them give him extra chores.
If there's anything you can do to exasperate him more, do it.
