Ladies and gentlemen, I am in need of a little help for a class for school. It's a group project, and
everyone knows how much fun group projects are.
Anyways, as part of this project, we need to gather some information. The subject of our project is health care and insurance, so a logical place to start seemed to be find out, so the logical place to start was to get a baseline: how many people have insurance, how many people don't, how many get insurance through work, how many veterans make use of the VA, stuff like that. So, in my quest to find people willing to take a survey, I come here.
Now, I understand that stuff involving health care and insurance can be a touchy subject. If you would like to take the survey but don't want to post your answers, feel free to PM the answers to me or, better yet (for me when I start to compile the info), e-mail the answers to

Yes, I know this survey is pretty poorly written. It was what the group could come up with with the time we had.
Yes, I know this isn't very scientific. But all of us are doing the same survey, so I'm just going for as many response as I can. We'll see what we can do with the info later.
